Caroline has been completely devoted to the path of Yoga over the last decade as a student as well as a teacher.
She was very inspired, in the beginning of her journey, with a type of yoga which is very acrobatic, challenging and strong, named Asthanga Yoga. After a few years of this routine, she realised that this practice wasn't fulfilling her needs.

Her body was longing for something else, movements more suitable for her body as a woman, for her needs and cyclic nature. A desire for a practice which nourishes her feminine soul had just arisen.

Up to this point, she created a Yoga style specially designed for women's health, feminine embodiment and sensuality, which is called
Feminine Soul Yoga.
